This fits OK even with a layer under it, especially if I unzip the pockets. I went by the measurements given because I didn't want it much too big. It goes to my knee, which gives nice coverage.The material is too slick and shiny for my taste and that makes it look a bit like junk. Easily punctured and ripped, I imagine. I doubt if I would wear it anywhere that I cared about being seen. Sleeves are minimally puffy. The main thing is that it DOES roll up and scrunch in to the bag supplied, so it packs easily for an upcoming trip where the temperature will vary. A friend keeps hers in the trunk of the car for weather emergencies, which might be a practical use for it when not travelling.Very loose and lightweight. Buy a size smaller. Not for winter. Very thin not real puffy. The colder it gets wear more under it. There is plenty of room. The Hood is Thin. Not a winter coat even here in the South.I bought this coat to use this Winter, but it's really a Spring/Fall coat. It wouldn't really be appropriate for weather below 40 degrees. I live in Michigan, so this will only be good for a few more weeks of wear. I'll hold on to it until Spring when I can wear it again. I bought the Navy in a size large. Normally I wear an extra large, but it said to order a size down, and other than the sleeves being a little too long, the large fits perfectly. I'm 5 foot 2 and a 1/2 inches tall and have a 41 inch chest, 38 inch waist and a 41 inch hip. The coat I received is well made, and feels very soft with a shiny finish. Although this isn't what I thought I was ordering, it's not a complete waste. I would probably order something different in the future, however.Fabric finish has a weird shine to it which I didn’t find appealing. I was also super sweaty within moments of trying it on. It doesn’t seem breathable like other jackets of this style. I returned it.Could be warmer and have better material but it keeps me warm. I live in rural Wisconsin and needed a new coat that didnt cost me a fortune. The material is thin but it kept me warm enough for my drive to work in 16⁰.This coat is perfect for me! I’m a big girl and can wear it over sweaters and it still has plenty of room. Also, I have big arms and this coat is perfect.I wanted to like this so bad. It is comfortable and lightweight. I can't rate the warmth, as I never wore it out of my living room, only tried it on. The fit is just right. What I couldn't get over was the fact that it looked like a garbage bag. I had it laying on my table unpackaged, and I kid you not, when my husband got home, he asked me what was up with the trash bag laying on the table. It is being sent back ASAP.I bought this as a gift for my best friend. She has not worn it yet but she thinks it's too thin to be warm
